Cancellation Policy
To ensure that you have the correct fitting bike, please contact our customer service. As our rental fleet is limited, it would be best that you make your reservation before arrival at the Clubhouse. We have different pedal configurations. Please indicate during rental. If you fail to show up to collect your bike, your rental reservation will be forfeited and no refund will be entertained. Please bring along valid ID and make a deposit. Bike deposits are USD1,500 each. In the event of bike lost or damage, you will be required to compensate for it.
